How do I know what size bandana to choose?

Please visit our Size Guide page. Here you can find detailed information on how to measure for your pups for their best bandana fit.

 

When are you getting more of the _______ style bandana back in stock?

We do our best to restock items that sell out, but we are not always able to guarantee a restock of a particular accessory. For real time updates and to stay up to date on restocks please follow us on instagram.

 

What is a preorder?

A preorder is purchasing an item that has a future ship date. See the individual preorder listing for an approximate ship date on your item. 

 

I want to sell your dog beds in my store, how do I get more wholesale information?

You can contact us regarding any wholesale inquiries and information, here- Wholesale.

 

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Unfortunately, discount codes are not stackable, so you will have to choose one.

 

I put the wrong shipping address.. now what?

Please always double check to make sure that you put the correct shipping address in. If you notice that you've put the wrong address in, please message us ASAP. If you contact us before the package is shipped, we may be able to change the address. However, once your package is in transit, it will have to be "Returned to Sender," and then customer will be required to pay shipping a second time, for the package to be reshipped.

  

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally!

 

When will my order ship?

Please allow 10-14 business days for your handmade accessories to be created and shipped. If you need your items sooner, you can contact us for availability. Please note that production time before shipping varies especially around holidays.

Please note that for preorders, there will be an approximate ship date on the product page.

 

My preorder hasn't shipped yet..?

Please know that we do our best to provide accurate and up to date information regarding shipment dates. Due to importing our rattan items, international shipping schedule changes and delays may occur from time to time. 

 

Why are there sometimes International fees for customers to receive their packages?

Customs regulations vary from country to country, and at times, they may charge certain fees. We do not have any control over the fees, or other additional rates that may apply, and we are not responsible for any accrued expenses throughout the delivery process.

 

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of handmade items, made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds. This is why we highly encourage you to always measure your pupper before placing an order, just to be sure.
